Manage day-to-day shop operations and supervise staff to ensure work is performed safely and cost-effectively. Perform inspections, diagnosis, and repairs on plow trucks and heavy equipment while maintaining accurate equipment records.

Requires a 310T Truck and Coach Technician License and a valid set of tools. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and the ability to troubleshoot faults in a fast-paced environment.
