Location: McKenzie Corner, 1286 McKenzie Ave., Victoria, BC V8P 5P2 THE ROLE We are currently seeking a Part-Time Barista to join our Root Cellar Team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for contributing to a welcoming, friendly, and high-quality customer experience through exceptional service, superior beverage preparation, and upkeep of store appearance. Provide enthusiastic and engaging customer service. Craft specialty beverages to a high-quality standard. Gain product knowledge to advise customers better. Contribute to a welcoming and efficient work environment. Accurately perform cash, debit, and credit transactions. Adhere to all food safety and cleanliness policies and procedures. What You Bring To The Table Exceptional customer service skills. Previous barista experience is preferred but not required. The ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-volume environment. Cash-handling accuracy. The flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings and mid-day shifts during the week and on weekends. Approximately 20 to 25 hours.
