Position: Java Developer – Kotlin, React & PostgreSQL Location: Toronto – Hybrid Skills: 1. Java frameworks 2. Kotlin & React 3. PostgreSQL Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and highly resilient applications. Develop backend services using Java and modern Java frameworks, with strong exposure to Kotlin. Build responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React. Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and data models. Develop and deploy applications using containers and modern cloud-native practices. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. Establish and promote coding standards, design patterns, testing practices, and engineering best practices. Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and production issues. Ensure applications meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and developer efficiency.
