Overview The Production Worker (a.k.a. Assembler) will be responsible for assembling Commercial brand heaters, as well as conduct other sub-assembly duties including but not limited to electrical components, electrical wiring preparation and Enclosure Assembly. Assemble heaters according to job orders, ensuring all required components are properly controlled and available for each build. Able to consistently and repeatedly complete wire harnesses with a focus on accurate electrical wiring and connections. Perform subassembly tasks, including enclosure assembly with a focus on accurate electrical wiring and connections. Maintain high standards of quality control for all parts and finished products, including identifying and dispositioning of non-conformances. Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Lead. Responsible for assembling Commercial brand heaters and performing sub-assembly duties including electrical wiring and enclosure assembly. Ensures high quality control standards and identifies non-conformances in finished products.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to use hand and power tools. Candidates must be able to lift 25 lbs and possess strong hand-eye coordination.
