Full Stack Engineer

Must Haves: 5+ years of hands-on experience integrating with hospital information systems such as Epic, Cerner, and MEDITECH. Strong specialist experience with SMART on FHIR, FHIR APIs, HL7v2, clinical launch context, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and secure healthcare application integration. Strong experience with Mirth integration engine, including HL7v2 message routing, transformation, validation, troubleshooting, and production support. Experience with clinical scheduling, encounter workflows, patient/provider context, healthcare data exchange, and hospital workflow integration. Experience designing and supporting secure, scalable, accessible, auditable, and maintainable healthcare application components.
