Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong Siebel development and integration experience to support the design, development, configuration, integration, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Siebel 8.x/IP18, Siebel EAI/EIM, Open UI, technical configuration, application integration, and Siebel business-layer development. Experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM and J2EE, along with report development using OBIEE and Power BI, is highly desirable. Required Skill Set 10+ years of Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration experience. 5+ years of Siebel integration experience with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies. 5+ years of hands-on Siebel EAI/EIM experience. 3+ years of Siebel IP18 configuration and development experience. Strong experience with Siebel Tools, Business Rules, Workflow, Assignment Manager, Applets, Views, Screens, Scripts, and other Siebel Business Layer objects. Strong knowledge of Siebel Open UI architecture, including Physical Model, Presentation Model, PM/PR, Manifest Files, Mapping Files, and OOTB Open UI structures. Experience with Siebel Web Templates and Open UI-specific classes and methods. Experience integrating Siebel with external applications, including embedding external applications in Siebel and exposing Siebel functionality externally. Experience configuring Siebel migration applications and administering Siebel Approval Manager. Experience with OBIEE and Power BI report development, along with HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in large technical and functional teams. Siebel 8.x or higher certification is highly desirable; experience with Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Partner Management, Public Sector Partner Portal, eService, or Grants Management is an asset. Key Responsibilities Translate technical specifications into working, tested enterprise applications. Develop detailed programming specifications and implement application components. Perform Siebel configuration, customization, development, and integration activities. Develop and maintain Siebel business-layer components, workflows, scripts, applets, views, and screens. Design and support EAI/EIM and external application integrations. Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, technical issue resolution, and application maintenance. Support application implementation, migration, and conversion activities. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OBIEE and Power BI. Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to deliver solutions within aggressive timelines. Analyze technical problems and develop effective, sustainable solutions.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Siebel and integrating them with external systems like Adobe AEM and J2EE. Responsibilities include creating technical specifications, developing business-layer components, and building reports via OBIEE and Power BI.

Candidates must have over 10 years of Siebel technical experience, including specific expertise in IP18, EAI/EIM, and Open UI architecture. Proficiency in web technologies and experience with external application integration are essential.
