Work Type: Limited term, covering maternity leave Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:00pm) 38 hours per week Wage: CAD $21/hr Job Summary: Broken Coast Cannabis is looking for a Production Associate to work in the Production department of our busy cannabis production facility. Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, the Production Associate will be responsible for performing tasks related to hand trimming, curing, and bulk packaging. Functions of the job include: * Hand trim product to internal standards * Ensure product is cured and packaging product for shipment * Maintain product quality standards during curing process * Complete room set up, take down, change-over, and product distribution processes * Complete required training, including any required quality assurance and health and safety training * Report any equipment or facility system deficiencies * Adhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to sanitation, cultivation, and processing * Responsible for accurately completing appropriate documentation and records * Responsible for promptly reporting any deviations from SOPs * Responsible for adhering to safe work procedures and reporting hazards * Complete relevant forms, logs, and other documentation to meet the requirements of SOPs and Company Policies * Participate in company training on policies, procedures, and work methods * Assist other departments as needed * Perform other duties as may be required by management Qualifications * Ability to understand and follow documented procedures * Ability to follow direction and carry out tasks independently * Great attention to detail & ability to work cleanly and methodically * Must be able to stand and or sit for extended periods of time, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks * Safe and reliable transportation * Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds * Close visual focus required * Great work ethic #TilrayS Tilray welcomes applications from all qualified individuals and is committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace. The Production Associate is responsible for hand trimming, curing, and bulk packaging of cannabis products to internal quality standards. They must also maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols.

Candidates must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow documented procedures independently.
