Position :Multi-Unit Manager Salary Range: $60,000 -$65,000 per year Location - Salmon Arm, BC As a Multi Unit Manager, you will oversee all the 3 restaurants in Salmon Arm, British Columbia. You are an enthusiastic role model who motivates Management and Team Members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with your team members and promote a positive and inclusive work environment. As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training Management and Team Members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry, you take pride in supporting the leadership team in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant. Your 3+ years of quick-service experience in a management role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching Management and Team Members makes you an ideal candidate for this role. Responsibilities: Be a leader and always lead by example by following all Tim Hortons policies and procedures Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Participate in the recruitment process Prepare and provide restaurant Management and Team Members with performance reviews Training new Team Members and prospective management Train, remind and encourage Team Members to follow all Health & Safety policies and program we have in place Managing labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management Controlling food & paper costs using order guides Monitor weekly and monthly inventories Ensuring that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection Resolving guest feedback, as well as working with your team to maximize guest satisfaction Coach & discipline Team Members as needed Balance cash and complete balance sheets Complete cash reports and related forms Foster a positive work environment through leadership and example Why Work for Us?
