INVESTOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST Timeplay Holdings Inc. (CSE: TMPL) Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid) Reports to: CFO About Timeplay Timeplay Holdings Inc. (CSE: TMPL) is an interactive entertainment technology company that transforms passive audiences into active participants. Our technology platform powers interactive games, trivia, bingo and licensed game-show experiences across cruise lines, bars, restaurants, casinos, resorts, and other entertainment venues. Working with some of the world's best-known entertainment brands, we create social experiences that bring people together and turn audiences into players. As a newly public company entering its next phase of growth, Timeplay is looking for an Investor Relations Specialist to help build our investor relations program and expand our presence within the investment community. The Role Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO, the Investor Relations Specialist will help develop and communicate Timeplay's investment story, build relationships across the investment community, and provide management with insight into how the market views the Company. This is a hands-on role combining investor engagement, capital markets intelligence, financial communications, and public company reporting. Key Responsibilities Investor Relations & Capital Markets Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors, analysts, and other capital markets participants. Proactively identify and target investors and analysts relevant to Timeplay. Coordinate and support investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other capital markets activities. Serve as a key point of contact for investor and analyst inquiries. Track investor engagement and help broaden and strengthen Timeplay's shareholder base. Investment Story & Communications Work closely with the CEO and CFO to develop and continually refine Timeplay's investment thesis, positioning, and key messages. Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, fact sheets, Q&A materials, news releases, and shareholder communications. Help prepare the CEO and CFO for investor meetings, conferences, and other external communications. Ensure Timeplay's financial performance, strategy, growth opportunities and operating KPIs are communicated clearly and consistently. Market Intelligence Monitor trading activity, shareholder composition, analyst research, peer companies, valuation trends, and relevant capital markets developments. Track analyst expectations and market perceptions of Timeplay. Gather investor feedback and identify recurring questions, concerns, and areas of investor misunderstanding. Provide the CEO, CFO and Board with concise market intelligence and recommendations. Public Company Reporting & Disclosure Support quarterly and annual financial communications, MD&A and other public disclosures. Work with Finance, Legal, auditors and external advisors to support accurate, consistent, and timely disclosure. Support SEDAR+ filings and compliance with applicable Canadian securities and exchange requirements. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance, or financial communications. Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to understand financial statements, operating KPIs and valuation. Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate financial and operational information into clear and compelling investor messaging. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and confidence using AI and research tools. Understanding of Canadian public company disclosure requirements. Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving growth company. Experience with a public technology, gaming, media, SaaS, or entertainment company would be an asset, as would CFA, CPA, CIRI, or related professional education.
