The position offers an opportunity to work with a professional team committed to excellence in vehicle maintenance and repair. *Responsibilities* * Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs using hand tools, power tools, and schematics * Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and fluid replacements * Repair or replace faulty parts including engines, transmissions, suspension components, and electrical systems * Utilize welding skills for bodywork or structural repairs when necessary * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace to ensure a safe working environment * Assist with assembly of vehicle components during repairs or rebuilds * Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines * Interpret technical manuals and schematics to accurately diagnose issues * Use heavy lifting techniques safely when handling vehicle parts or equipment *Qualifications* * Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures * Dealership experience is preferred but not required * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment * Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics accurately * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly * Knowledge of vehicle assembly processes and maintenance standards * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment * Valid driver?s license preferred; relevant certifications or ASE certification is a plus Pay: $19.00-$40.00 per hour Work Location: In person
