This role involves diagnosing issues, repairing vehicles, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship. Experience with dealership procedures, welding, and schematics is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to work with a professional team committed to excellence in vehicle maintenance and repair. *Responsibilities* * Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs using hand tools, power tools, and schematics * Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and fluid replacements * Repair or replace faulty parts including engines, transmissions, suspension components, and electrical systems * Utilize welding skills for bodywork or structural repairs when necessary * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace to ensure a safe working environment * Assist with assembly of vehicle components during repairs or rebuilds * Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines * Interpret technical manuals and schematics to accurately diagnose issues * Use heavy lifting techniques safely when handling vehicle parts or equipment *Qualifications* * Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures * Dealership experience is preferred but not required * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment * Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics accurately * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly * Knowledge of vehicle assembly processes and maintenance standards * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment * Valid driver?s license preferred; relevant certifications or ASE certification is a plus Pay: $19.00-$40.00 per hour Work Location: In person
