Job Location - Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver (On-site) What we expect Sales Leadership & Strategy Developing & implementing service & repair sales programs to grow market share, revenue & profitability, aligned with North America goals. Overseeing significant bid strategies, contract approvals & complex negotiations to optimize profitable retention & conversions. Developing & managing key performance indicators & sales budget. Team Development Building & leading sales team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to grow capabilities. Partnering with branch & sales leadership to build sales bench strength & succession pipelines. Setting clear performance targets and objectives for the team, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback. Commercial Excellence Analyzing sales data, CRM insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify patterns, manage pipeline health and forecast results. Partnering with operational teams to ensure cohesive transition for delivery execution. Using TKE sales tools, processes and systems to drive transparency, accountability & efficiency. Customer & Market Engagement Building & maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Providing valuable insights to guide product & service development, pricing, and marketing efforts. Who we are looking for Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous. Proven senior leadership experience in a sales role. Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Excellent leadership & team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract, grow & retain team members. Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage big data for informed decision-making. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite. Adaptability and agility to navigate a dynamic and competitive market. French language, an asset.
