TKE – Move Beyond. What you will be doing: Operational Leadership & Strategy Developing & implementing service & repair operations programs for retention and growth. Driving & supporting our culture of safety, compliance & ethics in all actions. Contributing to significant bid strategies, contract approvals & complex negotiations to optimize profitable retention & conversions. Developing & managing key performance indicators & operations budget. Team Development Building & leading team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to grow capabilities. Partnering with branch & operations leadership to build bench strength & succession pipelines. Setting clear performance targets and objectives for the team, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback. Service Excellence Analyzing operational data, CRM insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify patterns, manage efficient & effective delivery & forecast results. Partnering with regional teams to implement operational initiatives that improve performance. Using TKE tools, processes and systems to drive transparency, accountability & efficiency. Customer & Market Engagement Building & maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Providing valuable insights to guide product & service development, pricing, and marketing efforts. What do you bring: Proven senior leadership experience, 10-15 years of operational elevator experience. Bachelor's degree, preferred. Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding safety and operational targets. Excellent leadership & team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract, grow & retain team members. Team player who can work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Understands various operating jurisdiction codes & requirements to maintain safe operations for elevators & escalators. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage big data for informed decision-making. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Adaptability and agility to navigate a dynamic and competitive market. French language, an asset.
