They are experiencing significant growth and are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building modern, AI-powered software. THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong production experience across both front-end and back-end development. This is an opportunity for an AI-native engineer who has fundamentally changed the way they build software. They are not looking for someone who has simply experimented with ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Claude. The successful candidate actively develops using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms throughout the software development lifecycle. You'll play a key role building customer-facing applications using React and Redux on the front end and Java with Spring Boot on the back end. Experience with Node.js or Python is also expected. TECHNOLOGY STACK FRONT END Strong production experience with: * React * Redux * Responsive web applications * Component-based architecture * Complex state management * API integration * Automated front-end testing Deep React and Redux expertise is essential. You should understand how to build scalable, maintainable applications as complexity grows. BACK END Strong production experience with: * Java * Spring Boot * REST APIs * Business logic and service architecture * Relational databases * Authentication and authorization * Automated testing * Production troubleshooting You should also be productive with at least one of: * Node.js * Python Java and Spring Boot are the primary back-end technologies, while Node.js or Python will be used for automation, tooling, integrations, and supporting services. AI-NATIVE ENGINEERING (REQUIRED) This is a core requirement of the role. You should leverage AI throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including: * Turning requirements into technical specifications * Understanding existing codebases * Evaluating architecture and implementation options * Writing and refactoring code * Performing code reviews * Creating automated tests * Executing QA * Debugging production issues * Writing technical documentation * Preparing and validating releases Beyond IDE autocomplete, you should be comfortable using agentic command-line tools, repository-level instructions, browser automation, testing frameworks, and other AI-powered development workflows. You should understand how to: * Break large initiatives into bounded tasks for AI agents * Run multiple investigations or implementation streams in parallel * Provide appropriate context and constraints to each agent * Coordinate dependencies between parallel tasks * Merge multiple AI-generated outputs into cohesive implementations * Identify conflicting assumptions or integration gaps * Manage context windows effectively * Summarize long-running work without losing key decisions * Recognize when AI context has become stale or overloaded * Validate all AI-generated output before production Ultimately, you remain accountable for the quality and correctness of everything AI produces. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Design and build modern React and Redux user interfaces for complex operational workflows. * Develop scalable APIs and business logic using Java and Spring Boot. * Leverage AI agents throughout specification, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation. * Build comprehensive unit, integration, API, and front-end test coverage. * Ensure production readiness with a focus on security, performance, observability, resilience, and maintainability. * Take ownership of features from initial design through production deployment and ongoing support. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have: * 7+ years of professional software development experience * Expert-level proficiency with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar * Demonstrated experience using AI throughout software design, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review * Experience coordinating multiple AI agents or parallel AI workflows * Strong understanding of AI context-window management * Excellent technical judgment and ownership of AI-generated work * Strong React and Redux experience in production environments * Strong Java and Spring Boot experience * Professional experience with either Node.js or Python * Experience building and supporting customer-facing web applications * Experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and automated testing PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with any of the following would be considered a strong asset: * Complex operational or enterprise user interfaces * Redux Toolkit or Redux-Saga * Material UI, DevExpress, or similar UI component libraries * B2B SaaS platforms * Cloud-native applications * Distributed systems or event-driven architectures * Automated browser, API, integration, or contract testing * Production monitoring, observability, and incident response * Experience in logistics, security, IoT, computer vision, workflow automation, or video technologies * Building reusable AI prompts, development guardrails, agent workflows, or evaluation frameworks ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment background checks, which may include references, education verification, criminal record checks, credit checks (where applicable), and other assessments relevant to the role.

The role involves designing and building scalable React applications and high-performance Java Spring Boot services. The developer will own features from initial requirements through production deployment using AI-native workflows to accelerate delivery.

Requires 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong production expertise in React, Redux, Java, and Spring Boot. Candidates must be proficient in using agentic AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code to plan, build, and validate production software.
