GENERAL PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE WILLIAMS LAKE, BRITISH COLUMBIA Production employees are the backbone of our mills. We are looking for Production Employees to join our Soda Creek Division, located in Williams Lake, British Columbia. Our Soda Creek Division safely and sustainably produces over 110 million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: * Demonstrated commitment to working safely. * Strong communication & interpersonal skills. * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a physically demanding industrial environment. * Ability to work independently with little supervision. * Previous experience working in an industrial environment is an asset. * Previous experience operating a forklift or loader is an asset. In this role you will: * Work independently as part of a high-performance team dedicated safely and efficiently producing lumber products. * Perform a variety of labour duties to increase productivity and reduce safety risks. * Identify, analyse and troubleshoot any problems that might arise in your area, and communicate with your Team Lead and Maintenance teams to get things back on track. * Work a rotating 8 & 9 hour shift schedule, which gives you flexibility to spend extra time with your family on days off. Production employees work independently and as part of a team to safely and efficiently produce lumber products. They perform various labor duties, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate with team leads and maintenance staff.

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to safety and possess strong communication skills. While previous industrial experience or equipment operation is an asset, the company provides all necessary training for entry-level applicants.
