If this sounds like you, read on to discover more about this exciting opportunity! We’re looking for a Product Coordinator, T-Link to join our head office located in Vernon, British Columbia. Our head office houses Tolko’s corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement and Human Resources. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: * Some post-secondary education in business, forestry, manufacturing or equivalent experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience providing positive customer experience, with proven relationship and conflict management skills. * Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide multiple solutions to a given challenge. * High level of ability in Outlook (email management) and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups). * Strong understanding of general accounting principles. * Working knowledge of up and down stream supply chain structure. * Experience in forestry or wood products is an asset. * Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data. * Experience in Dynamics365 is an asset. * Works collaboratively with other team members. In this role, you will: * Gather, analyze, and communicate product supply information to manage working capital and on-time shipment. * Manage receiving and shipping into our T-Link network. * Balance and reconcile inventory at Origin reloads and T-Link locations. * Process all shipping and receiving for reman and external purchases. * Address and recommend actionable changes for product damages, aged inventory or claims for shipments originating from the T-Link location. * Working with Mill Coordinators and Sales, maintain appropriate inbound order file from the mills and origin reloads, adjusting as needed. * Use problem-solving skills to suggest changes to individual orders when Inventory does not meet order file. * Focus on identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Liaise with sales and reloads closely on customer requirements.
