This opportunity provides hands-on experience with active Personal Injury and Civil Litigation matters in a professional, fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda Draft pleadings, correspondence, motions, and other legal documents Assist with Personal Injury and Civil Litigation files Review medical, accident, liability, and supporting documentation Support preparation for court appearances, mediations, and examinations Communicate professionally with clients and other parties Organize and maintain files, deadlines, and case documentation Assist lawyers with case strategy and daily file management Attend court proceedings or hearings when required Qualifications JD, LLB, or equivalent law degree Eligible to complete articling in Ontario Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Demonstrated interest in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional, dependable, and eager to learn How to Apply Please email your resume and cover letter to [email protected] with cc to info@topdigitalmarketing experts.ai with the subject line: Application – Articling Student
