Field Service Technician - Heavy Equipment

Toromont Cat is looking for Field Service Technicians to go directly to customer sites in a Toromont Service truck and provide superior service and product expertise to maintain high standards that ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner with the utmost integrity. Technicians will travel to customer sites in a service truck to provide expert service and product knowledge, ensuring timely repairs are completed with integrity. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical problems using specialized testing equipment and maintaining high-quality workmanship according to established time standards.

Candidates must have post-secondary education in heavy equipment, truck and coach, or heavy engine mechanics, along with a minimum of three years of experience servicing heavy construction and/or mining equipment. A Red Seal Heavy Equipment license and a valid driver's license are mandatory requirements for this field role.
