Field Service Technician

Toromont Cat is hiring a Field Service Technician, Heavy Equipment to join our Hamilton team. In this role, you’ll travel directly to customer sites in a Toromont service truck, delivering expert diagnostics, repairs, and product knowledge. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our high service standards by completing repairs efficiently, safely, and with the highest level of integrity. The Field Service Technician will travel to customer sites to perform expert diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment. They are responsible for maintaining high service standards, ensuring safety, and fostering positive customer relationships.

Candidates must possess a valid technician license and at least 3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair. A valid driver's license, preferably a DZ license, is also required for the role.
