Heavy Equipment Technicians - Atlantic Region

Toromont Cat is looking for a Heavy Equipment Technicians to join their team in the Atlantic region! In this role, you will be responsible for servicing a specific line of Caterpillar equipment and components both in the shop and/or in the field. Your day will include planning, troubleshooting, and completing repairs, along with preparing clear and accurate service reports for customers. Please note: the successful candidate may be based anywhere in Atlantic Canada, including NS, NB, PEI or NL. Pay Type Full Time, Permanent Compensation $42.57 - $51.55 per hour The listed wage is just one component of our total rewards package, and eligibility to additional premiums may be available. The technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Caterpillar equipment and diesel engines in both shop and field environments. They must also maintain accurate service reports and foster strong customer relationships through regular communication.

Candidates must possess a valid Technician License such as Red Seal or 421A and have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. A post-secondary education is required to qualify for this position.
