B.C HVAC — British Columbia’s Industry Standard. ONE CONNECTION. INDEPENDENT LOCAL EXPERTISE. B.C HVAC is expanding its coordinated professional network across British Columbia, outside the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Priority regions include Nanaimo and Central Vancouver Island, followed by the rest of Vancouver Island, the Okanagan, Thompson–Nicola, the Kootenays, Cariboo, North Coast and Northern B.C. We provide the customer-facing coordination layer: customer acquisition and intake, clear booking and scope, customer communication, invoicing support, administrative follow-through and a recognizable provincial platform. You remain independent. Keep your own business identity, vehicle, credentials and professional judgment. Accept or decline offered assignments. There is no exclusivity and no requirement to present yourself as a B.C HVAC employee. TRANSPARENT CONTRACTOR ECONOMICS Service appointments: contractor receives 60% of the pre-tax service amount. Repairs: contractor receives 75% of the pre-tax repair subtotal, including applicable parts and labour. Installations under $10,000: contractor receives 90%. Installations from $10,000 to $50,000: contractor receives 92.5%. Installations over $50,000: contractor receives 95%. Remittance follows cleared customer funds and the signed network agreement. LAUNCH INCENTIVE For an approved new service area, B.C HVAC’s coordination/commission charge is waived on the first five eligible bookings that are completed and customer-paid, subject to the agreement. Who Should Apply Established HVAC professionals and businesses with the licences or tickets applicable to their work, appropriate insurance, WorkSafeBC standing or verified capability, dependable customer service and disciplined documentation. Joining begins with an application. Agreement signing and credential verification are required before any live assignment. This is an independent subcontractor network opportunity—not employment.
