Executive Assistant Vancouver, BC | Full-time | In-office Our client is a well-established and growing investment and professional services firm with operations across Vancouver, Calgary, and Ontario. We are seeking a proactive and personable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in their Vancouver office. This is a high-impact role with the potential to become permanent for the right individual. What You Will Be Doing: Provide executive and administrative support to senior partners, including calendar management and light travel coordination Manage the flow of people, meetings, and daily office logistics Oversee boardroom scheduling, office supplies, and general premises coordination Coordinate team events, client events, and internal celebrations (birthdays, holidays, and special occasions) Support recruiting coordination and ad hoc administrative projects Assist with assembling regulatory and client-related information as required Act as a professional and welcoming point of contact for internal and external stakeholders What We’re Looking For Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or senior administrative support role Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence High level of discretion and comfort supporting senior leadership Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Experience in professional services, finance, hospitality, or a similar environment is an asset Perks and Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $60K to $80K, depending on experience Collaborative, social, and professional office culture A firm that values long-term tenure, cultural alignment, and employee contributions Why Join?
