Our client is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant, Structural Geology, to join a leading North American structural geology team. This is an opportunity to work on diverse, multidisciplinary projects spanning exploration, mine development, resource and engineering studies, and operational support. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, consulting experience, and the ability to develop lasting client relationships. This position is located in Toronto, ON. Some travel is required. Perks & Benefits Attractive compensation package with an estimated base salary of $166,000 – $200,000+, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. What You Will Be Doing Lead structural analysis and interpretation from exploration through mine development. Conduct fieldwork, 3D modelling, and geophysical interpretation. Support resource, engineering, and operational projects. Work with multidisciplinary teams on projects in Canada and internationally. Build client relationships and support business development. Lead projects and mentor junior consultants. Travel internationally as required. Who You Are Postgraduate degree in Structural Geology, ideally focused on ore deposits. 10+ years of applied structural geology experience in mining, exploration, or operations. Strong field-based experience in belt- to deposit-scale structural analysis. Proficiency in GIS and 3D modelling software, including Leapfrog. PGO or PEO membership, or eligibility for registration. Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
