310T Truck and Coach Mechanic

Your route As a Truck & Coach Technician, you play a key role on our team. You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing trucks and trailers, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues to ensure safe, reliable performance. Your work will be completed to the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Represent our team with professionalism and pride while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $32.45 to $35.50, based on experience, along with participation in a bonus program. Looking For Experienced Technicians Who Inspect vehicles to identify required safety and service work. Perform brake, safety, and preventative maintenance inspections, including road tests. Complete and document work orders accurately. Maintain strong customer relationships and a clean, safe work environment. Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures. Maintain required tools and report to the Foreman and Service Managers. Under the hood 310T Truck & Coach Technician License in good standing with OCOT. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair procedures. High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Capable of working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license. About The Division The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division caters mainly to the needs of the trucking and construction sectors, as well as the mining and forest industries. HVPD is the largest network in the country, with more than 100 Traction heavy vehicle parts stores, 3 TW distribution centres, over 100 TruckPro repair centres, and 3 Cadel specialized parts distribution centres from coast to coast.

Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing trucks and trailers to ensure safe and reliable performance. This includes performing safety inspections, documenting work orders, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Requires a valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License in good standing with OCOT and a valid Ontario Class G driver's license. Candidates must possess strong electrical and mechanical repair knowledge and the ability to work independently.
