We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Administrator at our office in Vancouver. About the Opportunity: The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting the HR team by ensuring HR systems are maintained and accurate, data is reliable, and employee communications are well coordinated. The role involves data and file management, responding to basic employee inquiries, providing support to the HR team around recruitment and onboarding, internal communications, training, HR reporting and various other HR-related functions - all in support of continuous improvement, departmental efficiency and data-driven decision making. NOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in our Vancouver, Canada office. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the HRIS (BambooHR) and physical files (where required) for all employees globally Perform regular audits of HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity Support the HR team with documentation, scheduling, tracking, and follow-ups for various HR programs and processes Run monthly reports and perform ad hoc reporting in support of HR dashboards and reporting on people insights Coordinate and/or create content for internal employee communications Support recruitment efforts including resume screening, interview scheduling and preparing candidate documentation Support ongoing improvements to HR systems, processes, forms, programs and policies Provide support for the administration and maintenance of the employee recognition program Coordinate HR projects and events as needed About You: Certificate or diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in HR systems, administrative support, or in a generalist HR role Experience with an HRIS and data management Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, customer service, and time management skills Ability to maintain confidential information with integrity and discretion Familiarity with communication tools (Outlook, Teams, Sway, Mailchimp, etc.) About Us: We offer a flexible working environment that embraces both in-person and remote work.
