About Us Transtex develops and manufactures leading-edge aerodynamic solutions that help semi-trailer fleets significantly reduce fuel consumption and emissions. Based in Montreal and operating across North America, we have been driving more sustainable transportation for over twenty years. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support a team of Production Associates (3) to achieve daily production objectives. Plan and coordinate daily production schedules, staffing, materials, and workflow. Monitor production progress to ensure orders are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Maintain accurate inventory levels. Train and onboard new employees while promoting a strong culture of safety and quality. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements, and quality standards. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve issues and improve production flow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing and 5S practices. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall shop performance. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse supervisory role. Experience leading and developing small teams. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of inventory control and production scheduling. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is an asset. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory management systems. Why Join TRANSTEX?
