Freight Receivable Auditor

Accounts Receivable Freight Auditor Shift: Monday to Friday; 8:00 to 16:30 TRANSX LTD Operating for over 50 years; the TransX is one of the largest Canadian providers of premier integrated transportation and logistics services across North America. TransX Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Freight Auditor to join the Finance team in our Winnipeg head office. Reporting to the Director of Accounts Receivable and Cash Applications, the Accounts Receivable Freight Auditor is responsible for ensuring receivables are managed timely, and disputes are resolved effectively. The Freight Receivable Auditor is responsible for managing receivables in a timely manner and resolving customer disputes effectively. They will perform audits, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal team members.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivables, auditing, or reconciliation. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
