You'll oversee shop workflow, support and mentor technicians, ensure quality repairs, and help drive a positive, productive service environment. Job Responsibilities Lead and support a team of RV Technicians and apprentices through daily operations Assign and prioritize work to ensure efficient shop productivity Monitor workflow and Tech performance to maximize efficiency Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and hands-on assistance to techs as needed Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisors Work closely with Service Mangaemnet to ensure customer expectations are met Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring of new techs Foster a positive team culture focused on accounyability, continued improvement, and customer satisfaction Technical Responsibilties Diagnose an repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, structural components, and accessories Perform inspections and verify quality of repair work Assist with complex diagnostic and repair work when required Review repair orders and ensure accurate documentation is completed Maintain strict adherence to delearship policies regarding RV care and operation Attend company and factory training Keep current with factory technical bulletins Promote safe work practices throughout the service department Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Driver's License Red Seal Technician Certification First Aid Certification is considered an asset Benefits Canada Life Coverage RRSP matching Monthly staff lunches Incentive Mexico Trip!
