Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Follow all safety, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout requirements. * Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, packaging, and support equipment. * Perform preventative maintenance and minimize equipment downtime. * Identify equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with Production and Quality teams and provide technical support and coaching to junior technicians. QUALIFICATIONS * Mechanical or Electrical Technology diploma/degree or equivalent. * Licensed Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Millwright preferred. * 3.5+ years of Tetra Pak experience. * Experience with aseptic food processing and high-speed packaging equipment. * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment. Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Sunday (Continental Shift).
