Specification Specialist I Responsibilities: Calculate wind-uplift design pressures based on project specifics. § Understand and apply 3rd party test reports for Tremco systems for specifications § Stay updated with compliance policies to ensure specifications and drawings align with contract agreements. § Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving building codes, industry regulations, and roofing standards by staying current with building code changes; escalate and implement necessary adjustments in design and construction practices. § Ensure specification work is completed in a timely manner § Ensure specification work is compliant, clear, concise, correct, and complete. § Ensure compatibility of specified products. § Support estimators’ comprehension with the spec. § Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate with Program Managers, Construction Managers, Sales, Estimators, and Field Technicians throughout the specification development process to ensure contract requirements are specified. § Communicate with Product & Technical as needed throughout the specification development process. § Collaboration with various departments § Tech memos § Salesforce Cases § Tech memos § RAIC affiliate member § IIBEC member § Construction Specifications Canada (CSC) member § Principles of Construction Documentation (PCD) course certification (req'd) Requirements/Qualifications: Bilingual Preferred(French/English) Certificate from College or Trade School Associate's degree or diploma from college or technical school Preferred Course of Study: Construction Management, Architectural related Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Specifications Professional certification, license or designation (i.e. CGA/CPA, electrician license): RAIC affiliate member - IIBEC member - Construction Specifications Canada (CSC) member - Principles of Construction Documentation (PCD) course certification (req'd) Benefits: * Competitive base and bonus program * Full benefits coverage without paying premiums from first day. * Defined Benefit Pension Plan * Group RRSP program with company matching * Salary range is $78,393.00-$117,000 Wellness: * Health & Fitness Subsidy * Opportunity to stay in Tremco’s beautiful Cottage * Access to company Wellness Program, An Online Dr. and Employee Assistance Program Tremco Canada is committed to the fundamental principle of equal employment opportunity. Exigences

Required qualifications include certification in the Principles of Construction Documentation (PCD) course and membership affiliations with RAIC, IIBEC, and CSC.
