Shift schedules: Day Shift, Night Shift and Afternoon Shift options 310T Technicians and Apprentices- Perks Competitive salary Internal growth and advancement opportunities Overtime opportunities Opportunities to mentor apprentices and develop leadership skills Tool allowance Pension plan Health and dental benefits Paid vacation, personal days, and sick time Ongoing training and development 310T Technicians and Apprentices - Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcoaches and commercial vehicles Perform preventative maintenance and annual safety inspections Troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, HVAC, brakes, suspension, and steering components Complete work orders accurately and provide updates on outstanding repairs Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support shop operations and collaborate with team members to meet fleet availability targets Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and inspections 310T Technicians and Apprentices - Qualifications Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License Valid Ontario Driver's License (DZ License considered an asset) Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills Experience performing commercial vehicle safety inspections Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with Fleet Focus, Samsara, Saucon, or similar maintenance systems is an asset Ability to travel across the U.S. border Must successfully comply with the Company's Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Coach Canada is a federally regulated employer, and an equal opportunity employer committed to employment equity and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace.
