This posting is for an existing position vacancy. What you’ll do: Help maintain the appearance and upkeep of our Delmanor residences Ensure the property is clean and safe from hazards. Make basic repairs and report more serious issues to the Environmental Services Manager What you bring: Some knowledge of commercial and/or residential maintenance One year’s experience as an environmental/maintenance assistant is an asset but not required Flexibility in scheduling, potentially including weekends and evenings Hourly rate: $19.19 At Delmanor our team members are dedicated to delivering the Delmanor Experience to our residents and their guests. The Environmental Assistant is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the residence while ensuring the property is safe from hazards. They perform basic repairs and report more significant maintenance issues to the Environmental Services Manager.

Candidates should have some knowledge of commercial or residential maintenance. One year of experience in a similar role is considered an asset but is not strictly required.
