Job Description: The In-Patient Medicine Program at THP consists of a total of more than 350 beds across the CVH & MH and is staffed by large interprofessional teams who support the care of complex medicine patients within the Mississauga-Halton LHIN. Our in-patient units offer first-rate care in an innovative environment supporting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients. Reporting to a Clinical Manager, the ideal candidate will be focused on providing excellent patient centered care in a dynamic environment where he/she will be given the opportunity to deliver care with compassion, excellence and courage. The Clinical Leader coordinates the day-to-day activities of the 3C Medicine unit and provides clinical support to staff and patients. They are responsible for designing educational strategies, monitoring quality indicators, and facilitating partnerships with community agencies.

Candidates must have current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an R.N. and a minimum of 5 years of sound clinical experience in relevant medical or surgical areas.
