Job Description: The In-Patient Medicine Program at THP consists of a total of more than 350 beds across the CVH & MH and is staffed by large interprofessional teams who support the care of complex medicine patients within the Mississauga-Halton LHIN. Our in-patient units offer first-rate care in an innovative environment supporting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients. Reporting to a Clinical Manager, the ideal candidate will be focused on providing excellent patient centered care in a dynamic environment where he/she will be given the opportunity to deliver care with compassion, excellence and courage.
