What You’ll Do In this role, the individual executes regional store strategies to drive traffic and profitability while overseeing store administration and ensuring compliance with company policies. They maintain high standards for store condition and visual merchandising, and provide insights on buying trends, customer needs, and profitability to support business decisions. They contribute innovative ideas to grow market share and ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high satisfaction levels and effectively resolving both customer and staff concerns. Additionally, they lead people management efforts by training, motivating, and providing feedback to staff to support sales growth, conducting performance evaluations, fostering employee development, and setting a strong example of excellence and high performance.
