What You’ll Do Feed Mill Operator plays a vital role in contributing to the production of high-quality livestock feed through the operations of bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping activities at Chilliwack Mill. This position supports uninterrupted production operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues. Operate production machinery and identify areas to optimize production performance Ensure quality and food safety standards are met Meet or exceed production targets, record data on production orders and activities Execute small maintenance tasks and repair work on production equipment Promote awareness of any unsafe situation and take appropriate action Who We’re Looking For 2 - 3 years manufacturing experience an asset Good computer skills Forklift certification preferred Boiler certificate is preferred (at least Class 5) Ability to work in rotational shifts. Rotating Weekly. The Feed Mill Operator is responsible for the production of high-quality livestock feed through operations such as bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping. This role also involves identifying and resolving production issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience and good computer skills, with forklift and boiler certifications preferred. The ability to work rotating shifts and lift 25 kgs regularly is also required.
