AZ Long Haul Team Drivers (Cross-Border & Domestic) Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Team Drivers) Location: Southern GTA (Greater Toronto Area) Division: Reefer Division About The Company & Role Our client is a premier, safety-focused transport and logistics provider dedicated to delivering exceptional service across North America. Their commitment to drivers is simple: they provide top-tier equipment, reliable and consistent miles, and an operational support system built to ensure your success on the road. Their Reefer Division is expanding, and they are seeking experienced AZ Long Haul Team Drivers for high-priority cross-border and domestic lanes. They welcome established pre-made teams as well as solo drivers who want to be matched with a compatible partner. With their operation, you get the best of both worlds: maximum miles on the open road and stress-free terminal-to-yard routes. Their dedicated city drivers handle all tight city maneuvering and final dock deliveries, so the long-haul teams can focus entirely on driving. Compensation & Financial Incentives Competitive Mileage Pay: $0.32 – $0.35 per mile (same rate paid for both loaded and empty miles). Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 total ($500 paid monthly over your first 3 months, starting after your first completed month). Bonuses: Quarterly Performance Bonuses for safe and efficient driving. Additional Pay: Fully paid training, paid layovers, and compensation for extra drops. Steady Income: Guaranteed 3 to 4 long-haul trips per month with quick turnarounds. Premium Equipment & Driver Comfort Our Client Believes That Drivers Shouldn't Have To Sacrifice Comfort While On The Road. Their Fleet Is Modern, Meticulously Maintained, And Optimized For Long-haul Comfort The Fleet: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias (2023, 2024, 2025, and 2027 models). Transmission: Smooth, fuel-efficient Automatic transmissions. Driver Comforts: All trucks come fully equipped with APUs (Auxiliary Power Units), built-in fridges, and spacious double bunks. 100% Company-Covered Expenses: The company handles the logistics overhead. All bridge tolls, scales, and transponders (including PrePass and EZPass) are entirely covered. The Lanes & Operations Primary Lanes: High-volume triangles and cross-border routes running from the Southern GTA to Alberta (AB), British Columbia (BC), Washington (WA), California (CAL), Arkansas (AR), Texas (TEXAS), and Montreal. No-Touch Freight: Purely drop-and-hook or terminal-to-yard delivery. Stress-Free Routes: Strictly Terminal-to-Yard. Team drivers completely avoid tight city docks; the local city fleet handles the final deliveries. Technology: Trucks are equipped with cutting-edge Samsara ELDs and advanced TMS Dispatch for seamless, hassle-free communication. Home Time: Reset at home between your 3 to 4 monthly trips, fully compliant with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations so you can rest and recharge. Job Requirements License: Valid AZ / Class A commercial driver's license. Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience. Cross-Border Ready: Proven experience handling Cross-Border lanes, customs documentation, and border crossings.
