The Role: Foreperson (Plumbing) As a Foreperson, you’ll lead key areas of the project, support field staff, and help drive productivity, quality, and safety performance on site. You’re an experienced plumber who enjoys mentoring others and taking ownership of outcomes. Technical Requirements Red Seal Plumbing Certification Gas B Certification Strong knowledge of construction practices and OH&S requirements Working knowledge of the BC Plumbing Code Leadership experience on construction projects Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 10+ years mechanical industry experience preferred Key Responsibilities Act as the bridge between Project Managers and field teams Support planning and execution of mechanical construction schedules Monitor productivity, quality, and budget alignment Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on site Review drawings, estimates, and installation requirements Identify and escalate risks or site challenges early Conduct inspections and support quality control processes Mentor apprentices and support team development Considering a Move? The Foreperson acts as the primary link between project managers and field teams to ensure mechanical construction schedules are met. They are responsible for monitoring site productivity, quality control, safety compliance, and mentoring apprentices.

Candidates must hold a Red Seal Plumbing Certification and a Gas B Certification. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the mechanical industry and strong knowledge of BC plumbing codes are required.
