Détails du poste
ABOUT TURE Ture is building an AI-native platform that gives people better tools, guidance, and opportunities during career transitions. We believe strong product engineering requires close collaboration between engineering, product, design, and the people using the product. THE ROLE We are looking for a Product Engineer to help design, build, and improve Ture’s user-facing products. You will contribute across the stack and participate throughout the product-development process—from understanding a user problem to implementing, testing, launching, and improving the solution. You do not need to be an expert in every technology we use. You should be a strong software engineer who is curious about users, attentive to details, and motivated by shipping useful products. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Build responsive, accessible, and reliable product experiences. * Implement features across frontend, backend, APIs, and data models. * Work with product and design to clarify requirements and identify edge cases. * Participate in technical design, estimation, testing, and release planning. * Improve existing workflows based on customer feedback and product data. * Write maintainable code with appropriate tests and documentation. * Investigate defects and production issues. * Contribute to shared components, internal tools, and engineering systems. * Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. * Learn the business and user context behind the features you build. * Help improve performance, accessibility, privacy, and security. * Take increasing ownership of projects as you grow. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * 3+ years of professional software-development experience. * Experience building modern web applications. * Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern frontend framework. * Experience with backend development, APIs, and relational databases. * Understanding of software testing and version-control practices. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Clear communication and a collaborative working style. * Interest in product thinking and user experience. * Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and domains. NICE TO HAVE * Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies. * Experience building AI-enabled product features. * Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD systems. * Familiarity with accessibility, design systems, or data visualization. * Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, workforce development, or marketplaces. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within your first six months, you will have: * Shipped multiple useful improvements to the Ture platform. * Taken end-to-end ownership of at least one product initiative. * Built productive working relationships across product, design, and engineering. * Developed a strong understanding of our users and technical architecture. * Improved the quality, reliability, or usability of an area you worked on.
