Tusket Ford is a full-line Ford dealer, selling and servicing all Ford vehicles including trucks, cars, SUVs, EV vehicles and large commercial medium-duty trucks. The position: The Sales Consultant is a primary conduit through which we build our client relationships and as a Sales Consultant, you market yourself, our brand and our organization each day. You are a bright, energetic, driven individual who believes that the path to success is paved with hard work, dedication, and exceptional relationship building. The Responsibilities: Greet customers in person, on the phone and online and provide them with accurate and timely information to guide them through their vehicle purchase journey. Provide customers with post-purchase support through consistent and meaningful follow-up Record and track follow-up efforts in dealership records Generate content (photos, videos, posts) for promotion of yourself and of the Tusket Ford brand via social media and other marketing channels Coordinate with staff in all departments (Service, Parts, Collision) to assist in customer support Complete all initial and ongoing training as required by Tusket Ford and Ford of Canada Training is provided for the ideal candidate who is hard-working, organized, a great communicator (speaking and listening) and has a positive attitude about growth and continual improvement!
