Bring Clarity to Complexity At Two Worlds Consulting, we help clients navigate complex social, environmental, and regulatory challenges by bringing together Indigenous Knowledge and Western science. Working collaboratively with First Nations, Métis, Inuit, industry, and the public sector, we support informed decision-making through practical, culturally grounded, and technically sound solutions. We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead assessment work related to Indigenous Rights and interests, community priorities, environmental and impact assessment, and regulatory decision-making across Canada. Our consultants also work across service areas, applying their expertise to a diverse range of projects, clients, and sectors. Location: Remote within Canada (home-based, with occasional travel). Hybrid or office-based options available for candidates located in Victoria or Vancouver, BC. Compensation: $45.00–$62.00 per hour ($87,750–$120,900 annually based on a 37.5-hour work week). Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. What You'll Do Lead Indigenous Rights and Interests Assessments and related impact assessment work. Develop clear, defensible analyses, and technical reports. Work collaboratively with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Nations, regulators, industry and project teams to understand diverse perspectives and develop balanced assessment approaches. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and trusted advice to clients and team members. Support business development activities, proposals, and long-term client relationships. What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environments. Demonstrated experience working on Indigenous Interest assessments for environmental assessment projects as a consultant. Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. Experience preparing technical reports, assessments, regulatory submissions, or decision-support materials. A degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Indigenous lived experience is considered a strong asset.
