Location: 2420 11th St W, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7M 1J6 Canada Under the direction of the appropriate U-Haul Holdings Business Consultant (ADVP), this role reviews and monitors all phases of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring conformance with company specifications. The position plans, coordinates, and executes construction, renovation, or maintenance projects at assigned locations and is responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable city, state, and federal ordinances, rules, laws, and regulations. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Prior U-Haul experience required. • 3–5 years of construction or repair shop experience. • Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment (with training). • OSHA certification preferred. Work Environment This role involves moderate risk and requires adherence to safety protocols, including working near moving machinery, fumes, or chemicals. Protective gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required. Physical Demands Work may require extended periods indoors and outdoors, including standing, walking, and reaching. The ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs (with or without assistance) is required. U-Haul Holding Company, and its family of companies including U-Haul International, Inc.
