Multiple Full-Time Shifts Available: * Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM | $35-$40/hr * Overnight Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM | $37-$42/hr Position Responsibilities * Lead daily warehouse operations, working hands-on through an 18-month rotational program. * Coach and develop teams across inbound, outbound and operational support functions to keep the business running at its best. * Drive accuracy, safety and productivity in a fast-paced, high-performance warehouse environment where your decisions make a daily impact. * Expand your leadership skills through hands-on operational experience and warehouse equipment certifications. Minimum Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Proven leadership experience managing 10+ people in a fast-paced warehouse management environment. * Ability to train and develop employees while promoting accountability, safety and continuous improvement. * Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
