Education: Expérience: Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Tasks Direct and control daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales Determine merchandise and services to be sold Implement price and credits policies Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale Develop and implement marketing strategies Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Supervise office and volunteer staff Supervision 3-4 people Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Combination of sitting, standing, walking Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Employment terms options Evening Morning Night Day Weekend Durée de l'emploi: Permanent Langue de travail: Anglais Heures de travail: 32.5 hours per week
