Our client is seeking a senior SAP / ERP Readiness & Change Management Lead to support a major ERP transformation initiative. The consultant will lead a six-month pre-implementation readiness effort focused on preparing the organization, its processes, and its employees for an upcoming SAP implementation. The role will combine PMO leadership, change management, process improvement, and ERP readiness, with particular emphasis on procurement and inventory management. This is not a technical SAP configuration role. The consultant will work closely with an existing internal project team to establish governance, improve process discipline, drive adoption of future-state ways of working, and ensure the organization is prepared for implementation. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a senior transformation professional who has led ERP or SAP readiness, change management, or business-process transformation initiatives within operationally complex organizations. They should be comfortable working across all levels of an organization—from frontline operational teams to senior executives—and able to translate future ERP requirements into practical changes in day-to-day processes. Qualifications Significant experience leading ERP/SAP transformation, implementation readiness, or change-management initiatives Strong PMO and project governance capabilities Experience improving and standardizing business processes ahead of an ERP implementation Working knowledge of procurement / procure-to-pay and inventory management processes Understanding of SAP or another modern enterprise ERP platform; deep technical configuration expertise is not required Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, process adoption, and compliance Experience leading or coaching internal project teams and key users Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Comfortable working directly with frontline employees as well as senior leadership Project Details: Start: Early September Location: ~4 days/week onsite Vancouver, BC Commitment: 40 hours per week Duration: ~6 months, with potential to extend Project ID#: 9354 This role is 1099 and does no offer health insurance
