As a Supervisor, you're a key part of our store leadership - coaching teammates, supporting daily operations, and driving results. You'll back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help create a high-performance culture where everyone thrives.Your Impact We count on our Store Supervisors to: Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain experience across all areas of the business Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
