Title of role: Project Planning Lead – Special Packs Function: Supply Chain Location: Toronto - Bloor Head Office Purpose of the Job: To ensure flawless supply chain execution of Supply Packs and Displays by orchestrating project timelines and planning practices through E2E Supply Chain execution, as well as effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Background: This position is responsible for Project Management and Planning of Special Packs & Displays at Unilever Canada. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with cross functional teams (3PM, ISV, Brand, Supply Partners, Customer Service … etc.) as well as a solid understanding of timeline interdependencies to ensure business objectives are met. The successful candidate will be one who is motivated, highly organized, has the ability to adapt quickly to changes and is able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage execution of Special Packs and Displays by creating and managing timelines to deliver OTIF (On Time in Full). Follow through with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines are adhered via weekly connections, clear tracking of deliverables, driving accountability and readiness. Ensures clear communication with SC partners and extended business partners to make certain special pack requirements are known as well as loop closing during times of uncertainty and risk. Execution of E2E tasks from project start to completion. Transition Management to minimize business waste and reduce SMOG. Execute operational planning activities & 3PM capacity management. Recognize, develop, implement and manage processes to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred. (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering). Work Experience: Minimum 2 years Supply Chain Experience. Project Management experience. Collaboration-first mindset, an organizational “connector” that easily works across organizational boundaries. Outstanding and proven communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build a strong rapport with extended teams and be comfortable in interacting and managing conflict with stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel Additional Qualifications Considered Asset: SAP, PLM, and Rapid Response Knowledge. Pay: The pay range for this position is $71,000-$106,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
