Role : Contract ISA Negotiator 6 Months Contract Work location : 100% Remote Overview Our Client is seeking contract ISA Negotiators to support a time-bound, enterprise-wide initiative, focused on bringing all third-party vendors into compliance with updated Information Security Agreement (ISA) standards for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM). This is a project-based role responsible for negotiating security contract language with vendors leveraging AI within their environments—either as part of service delivery or internal workforce enablement. This effort is board-visible and critical to the Client’s enterprise risk strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end negotiation of ISA amendments with third-party vendors utilizing AI Drive adoption of the Client’s AI/TLM standard security clauses at scale Assess vendor AI usage and ensure alignment to enterprise risk requirements Navigate and resolve vendor pushback on AI and security-related contract language Partner with Legal, TPCRM, and business stakeholders to align on risk positions Manage a high volume of negotiations with defined throughput targets Escalate stalled or high-risk negotiations with clear recommendations to leadership Required Qualifications 2–5 years of contract negotiation experience (technology, security, or data agreements preferred) Working knowledge of information security, data protection, or third-party risk principles Exposure to AI, emerging technology, or data governance concepts (preferred) Proven ability to drive negotiations to closure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent negotiations Preferred Experience Healthcare or regulated industry background Familiarity with HIPAA, NIST, or third-party risk frameworks Experience with contract lifecycle tools (iCertis, ZipHQ, aSSIST, etc.) Performance Needs (Contract Role) Meet defined monthly throughput targets (ISA amendments negotiated and executed) Maintain high adoption rate of AI/TLM standard clauses Minimize deviations from the Client’s ISA gold standard Deliver within compressed timelines without sacrificing quality

Exigences
Candidates should have 2-5 years of contract negotiation experience, preferably in technology or security agreements, and a working knowledge of information security principles. Exposure to AI and strong communication skills are also important.
