Job Title: PL/SQL Developer with DB2 Experience Location: Montreal, Canada Hybrid Rate: DOE Contract only Job Description: Required Skills · Expertise in DB2 UDB or PL/SQL with writing complex data retrieval queries and stored procedures · Expertise in Linux/Unix Shell Scripting · Solid experience with Python / PERL. · Good knowledge of Autosys or any similar scheduling tool · Knowledge and good understanding of object-oriented programming · Detail oriented, ability to turn deliverables around quickly with high degree of accuracy · Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret business requirements and produce functional and technical design documents · Good time management skills – ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple efforts at once · Strong desire to understand and learn domain Desired Skills · Experience in Green Plum · Experience with Informatica · Experience in a financial services/banking industry Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, equivalent field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in developing queries, scripts, and procedures with DB2 UDB or PL/SQL database.

Develop complex data retrieval queries and stored procedures using DB2 UDB or PL/SQL. Interpret business requirements to produce functional and technical design documents.

Requires a bachelor's degree and over 7 years of experience in database development and scripting. Proficiency in Python, Perl, and scheduling tools like Autosys is expected.
