SAP Cutover Lead

SAP Cutover Lead Location: Canada, Remote Experience: 10+ Years Domain: Healthcare / Life Sciences We're seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to lead and coordinate end-to-end cutover activities for a large-scale SAP implementation, migration, or transformation program — covering cutover strategy, integrated planning, data migration coordination, go-live execution, command-center management, and hypercare transition. Strong Healthcare/Life Sciences experience is required, including familiarity with regulated environments, validation requirements, and data integrity standards. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end SAP cutover strategy, planning, execution, and governance Develop the Integrated Cutover Runbook — phases, milestones, dependencies, go/no-go criteria Lead dress rehearsals, mock cutovers, production cutover, and stabilization activities Manage the cutover command center/war room during critical deployment periods Coordinate SAP technical/functional cutover activities (transports, interfaces, batch jobs, security, integrations) Coordinate closely with Data Migration teams on extraction, cleansing, loading, reconciliation, and validation Drive business readiness, downtime/blackout communication, and post-go-live business validation Ensure cutover activities align with Healthcare/Life Sciences quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, GMP, CSV) Manage cutover-specific risks, issues, dependencies, and critical-path items Coordinate transition into hypercare/go-live support and steady-state handoff Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years overall SAP/ERP transformation experience 7+ years as SAP Cutover Lead / Cutover Manager / Deployment Lead on large-scale programs 5+ years with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC environments 3-5 years managing full lifecycle SAP go-lives in a Cutover Lead capacity Hands-on experience with cutover plans, runbooks, checklists, dependency maps, readiness dashboards Strong experience with go/no-go governance, command centers, hypercare, and stabilization Healthcare/Life Sciences industry experience required (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Clinical/Lab, Life Sciences manufacturing) Experience with regulated systems, GxP, CSV, data integrity, and regulatory compliance strongly preferred Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills SAP Functional Exposure: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM, PM, Supply Chain, SAP Master Data, integrations Tools & Methodologies (preferred): SAP Activate, Solution Manager/Cloud ALM, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, RAID management, Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field SAP certification a plus PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent PM certification advantageous S/4HANA transformation/migration and global/multi-site deployment experience strongly preferred FDA-regulated/GxP Life Sciences experience a strong advantage

Lead and coordinate end-to-end SAP cutover activities, including strategy, runbook development, and command center management for large-scale implementations. Ensure all deployment activities align with Healthcare and Life Sciences regulatory requirements and manage the transition into hypercare.

Requires 10+ years of SAP transformation experience with at least 7 years as a Cutover Lead and specific expertise in S/4HANA. Mandatory experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry is required, specifically with GxP and FDA compliance.
