For more information, visit our website: www.https://ugreenpkg.com/ Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering - Certificate of WFD-550 paper bag machine with twisted handle - Certificate of WFD 200&600 paper bag machine in square & V bottom without handle - Certificate of RKFD-190 & 330 & 450 & 550 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine - RKP2-1400 & RKP4-1400 & RKP6-1400 Paper Flexographic Printing Machine - 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience Job Responsibilities - Carryout a range of mechanical tests, troubleshooting, and analyses of WFD550 Roll Fed fully automatic paper bag machine, components, and materials - Carryout a range of mechanical tests, troubleshooting, and analyses of RKFD-190 & 330 & 450 & 550 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine, components, and materials, ND RKP2-1400 & RKP4-1400 & RKP6-1400 Paper Flexographic Printing Machine, components, and materials - Participate in machinery installation, repair and maintenance - Estimate costs and materials - Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings and specifications - Supervise maintenance programs or operation of mechanical plants - Test of WFD550 Roll Fed fully automatic paper bag machine and equipment - Test of RKFD-190 & 330 & 450 & 550 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine and equipment and RKP2-1400 & RKP4-1400 & RKP6-1400 Paper Flexographic Printing Machine and equipment - Operate of WFD550 Roll Fed fully automatic paper bag machine which press paper - Operate of RKFD-190 & 330 & 450 & 550 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine and RKP2-1400 & RKP4-1400 & RKP6-1400 Paper Flexographic Printing Machine - Clean and lubricate of WFD550 Roll Fed fully automatic paper bag machine and equipment - Clean and lubricate of RKFD-190 & 330 & 450 & 550 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine and RKP2-1400 & RKP4-1400 & RKP6-1400 Paper Flexographic Printing Machine - Operate paper converting of WFD550 Roll Fed fully automatic paper bag machine to form products - Operate paper converting of RKFD-190 & 330 & 450 & 550 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine and RKP2-1400 & RKP4-1400 & RKP6-1400 Paper Flexographic Printing Machine to form products - Perform other routine maintenance of WFD550 Roll Fed fully automatic paper bag machine - Perform other routine maintenance of RKFD-190 & 330 & 450 & 550 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine and RKP2-1400 & RKP4-1400 & RKP6-1400 Paper Flexographic Printing Machine - Maintain and repair installation equipment, help with installation, the assembly, and repairs to equipment - Carry out the required repairs on WFD550 Roll Fed fully automatic paper bag machine and bring it back to its full capacity - Carry out the required repairs on RKFD-190 & 330 & 450 & 550 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine and RKP2-1400 & RKP4-1400 & RKP6-1400 Paper Flexographic Printing Machine and bring them back to its full capacity - Ensure the repairs are fully implemented and the machine remains in full mechanical order; and - Operate machines which glue paper to cardboard and cut it - Operate machines which cut, glue and fold paper - Repair and maintain equipment - Set up WFD550 Roll Fed fully automatic paper bag machine - Set up RKFD-190 & 330 & 450 & 550 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine and RKP2-1400 & RKP4-1400 & RKP6-1400 Paper Flexographic Printing Machine - Perform training sessions for existing employees and operators Language - English Supervision - Paper converting machine operators - Papermaking and coating control operators Area of specialization - NANJIANC Machinery and components (WFD-550 paper bag machine) - NANJIANC Machinery and equipment repair (WFD 200&600 paper bag machine) - ROKIN Machinery and components, and repairs (RKFD-190 & 330 & 450 & 550 Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine) - ROKIN Machinery and components, and repairs (RKP2-1400 & RKP4-1400 & RKP6-1400 Paper Flexographic Printing Machine) Working environment: - Site environment (noisy, odors, dusty) Working conditions and physical capabilities: - Physically demanding - Attention to detail - Combination of sitting, standing, walking - Standing for extended periods - Bending, crouching, kneeling - Hand-eye co- ordination - Own tools/equipment - Steel toed safety boots - Safety glasses/goggles

The Mechanical Engineer will carry out mechanical tests, troubleshooting, and analyses of various paper bag machines and flexographic printing machines. Responsibilities also include machinery installation, repair, maintenance, and supervising maintenance programs.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and relevant certifications for specific paper bag machines. A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience is required.
